::Eve is about or around her shop, she's...
A) Stocking for August Summer Vacation with cards, especially ones targeted for kids and teenage girls going back to school next semester.
B) Thinking to herself at the counter or outside looking at a smartphone.
C) Closing shop for the night.
... She seems emotionally exhausted one way or another.::

Re: [C]
... Why would it want to kill her.
Re: [C]
A lot of supernatural things are converging on her all at once, things that could potentially upset the cycle of the Signers.
And it's better for her to die and have one of her friends become a new Signer.
Re: [C]
Wait wait wait.
Your sister is a Signer?
You don't mean Kiriya's daughter, do you?
::Narrowing her expression.::
Re: [C]
Re: [C]
I thought she was an only child...
Re: [C]
... We have the same father, different mothers.
Re: [C]
Who...
::Holds her head, wincing.::
Re: [C]
Don't ask that or try to think about that.
You'll start pulling at 'the seams'.
::Grimaces.::
Re: [C]
Let's get back to the point... So you're convinced the Crimson Dragon's trying to kill Ms. Kamala.
::Seems like she doubts this idea!::
Re: [C]
I know.
::They're making a face, squeezing a fist.::
Crushed by steel beams. Neck snapped by the Queen of Autumn Leaves. Hit by a sixteen wheeler. Samasu Shian and Red Daemon's Dragon both uncharacteristically rip her heart out. Blown up by a Momentum powered Missile.
Re: [C]
What... isn't... Samasu her mentor...?
... Wait... Are these alternate timelines?
Who are you...
Re: [C]
Re: [C]
Why... would...
::Trying to run through all this.::
Re: [C]
I'd rather like it if my sister didn't, you know, die.
Re: [C]
What convergence?!
::Flailing her arms.::
Re: [C]
::Pulls out a pen and grabs a scrap of paper from your register.
Writes quickly and roughshod.
Hands it over to you.::
Re: [C]
::Looking at it, squinting at the list provided to her.::
That's. A lot.
And that I should really kill Wakahisa if this true.
Re: [C]
Re: [C]
How. What. But. That.
::... She pauses, and sits down, resting her hand on her chin, tapping.::
That's... But isn't...
::Points.::
And aren't you...
Re: [C]
I'm trying to find a way out of us being connected to it! Me and my mom!
My mom and Aunt Noriko want to help the world, but because of decisions in the past, the Crimson Dragon is in severe 'fight or flight' because it's not intelligent the way you or I are! It can only recognize problems, and to it, my sister is a huge problem!
Re: [C]
...
::Contemplating.::
On the one hand, I don't like the idea of a child who hasn't done anything, of her own volition, wrong, being killed.
But your claims here are disturbing, you realize, and that I really should of killed Wakahisa.
::Thinking.::
I'm getting touchy 'feely'.
Re: [C]
Re: [C]
... Fine.
You want Power Tool Dragon.
I can't give it to you of my own volition, and certainly I doubt if this is all true.
::Flaps the list in the air.::
The Crimson Dragon would be willing to let you be a Signer.
Re: [C]
::Smirks ominously.::
Re: [C]
... Before we get to any plans, might I suggest we talk to Power Tool themself?
I can't see them being that callous.
