Ursatron Catastrophe Cannon. This card can be equipped to a Machine, Beast or Beast-Warrior monster.

Thus, I equip it to Power Tool Mecha Dragon, and since I have Pinpoint Landing and currently control Power Tool Mecha Dragon, I draw 2 cards.
Next! By draining the power of another monster I control, Power Tool Mecha Dragon can use one of three effects! I choose to have Septentrion lose 3000 ATK and have Mecha Dragon gain it, along with a piercing effect for the rest of my turn.::
