I activate the Continuous Spell Card "Pinpoint Landing"!
And then I Tribute an Ursarctic monster to Special Summon Usrarctic Mikbilis!

Landing lets me draw! Taking my hand of three cards up to four. And Mikbilis lets me Special Summon Ursarctic Megabilis!
